Reflect on your need for forgiveness today. What sin do you struggle with the most? Interestingly, the holier you become, the more clearly you see your daily sins and your need for forgiveness and healing. If you struggle with this, spend time examining your conscience thoroughly and honestly. By doing so, you can be certain that our Lord, the Divine Physician, will deeply desire to be with you today and always.

Reflect on your daily prayers. Make a daily examination of your sins the most important part. While many avoid focusing on their sins, it becomes easier when the emphasis is on God's mercy and the spiritual healing we need. The more aware we are of our sins, the more we can receive His mercy. And the more mercy we receive, the more Jesus can bless us in other ways. Start with seeking God's mercy each day, and trust that He will take care of everything else.

Reflect on Saint Thomas the Apostle today. He is now among the great saints in Heaven, teaching us about envy, humility, and faith. Let his weakness, from which he recovered, help you examine your own struggles with envy. Learn to rejoice in God's work in the world and grow in humility. When others are blessed in ways you are not, react as Saint Thomas did: "My Lord and my God!"

Reflect on the disciples' prayer. If you face a personal crisis, family difficulty, or broader struggles affecting the Church or society, imitate their prayer: "Lord, save us! We are perishing!" These words, though seemingly despairing, are actually full of hope and trust. They direct us to Jesus, the source of peace for our souls, families, the Church, and the world. Recognize the feeling of "perishing" and cry out to the Lord for salvation.

Reflect on Jesus' invitation to follow Him into a life of poverty, detachment, and sacrifice. Understand that being a follower of Christ means embracing His Cross and not seeking selfish gains. Consider if you are willing to follow Jesus fully, knowing the hardships it may entail. If you can commit to following Him despite the challenges, you will share in His resurrection and eternal life.

Reflect on how you would have acted in Jairus' situation. Would you have trusted Jesus despite opposition and despair? Pray for the faith and hope of Jairus to inspire you, and commit to following his example.

Reflect on how God may be calling you to serve within His Church, just as He called Peter and Paul. Each person has a unique mission in spreading the Gospel and building up the Church. Whether through steadfast faith like Peter's or zealous evangelization like Paul's, commit yourself to God's mission with trust and dedication, knowing that He equips and guides those He calls.

Reflect on the leper's act of homage to Jesus. Then consider whom in your life might be represented by this leper—someone considered unclean or marginalized due to their life situation, sins, or societal stigma. Who is God calling you to reach out to with love and respect, publicly affirming their dignity? Emulate Jesus' example of compassion and honor in your interactions.

Reflect today on Jesus's teachings in the Sermon on the Mount. Consider how His authority challenges and inspires you to live according to God's will. Embrace His New Law of grace and mercy, and pray for the grace to submit yourself fully to His authority in all aspects of your life.

Today, reflect deeply on Jesus' teachings. Do you discern clearly the good and bad fruit in your surroundings? Is your life contributing to falsehoods or to the truth and love of God? Evaluate the fruit of your life objectively against the teachings of Jesus. Seek earnestly to produce good fruit, regardless of the challenges, and in doing so, not only will you save your soul but also nourish others with the fruits of Heaven.
