Take time to reflect today. Is there anything God asks of you that you find hard to accept? Any commands you tend to ignore or rationalise? To enter Heaven, we must be fully committed to God. Jesus doesn't hesitate to ask for everything from us. Consider what attachments you’re holding onto, and listen for Jesus speaking to you, as He did to the rich young man. Let go of your astonishment and make total surrender to God your way of life.

Reflect today on how well you are hearing and observing God's Word. Are there distractions, anxieties, or competing "voices" in your life that make it difficult to hear Jesus clearly? Or are there areas where you struggle to put His teachings into practice? 

Recommit yourself to listening more attentively to the Lord, shutting out the noise of the world, and being obedient to His voice. When you do, you will find that the blessings He promises are abundant and life-givin

Take time today to reflect on how fully you are "with" Jesus. Do you fully accept all of His teachings? Are you actively seeking to live them out and share them with others? If you find that you struggle to stand firm in the truth or to share it with others, allow Jesus' words to challenge and inspire you. Embrace the grace He offers to boldly build up His Kingdom in your heart and in the world.

Today, reflect on how you approach prayer. Do you pray with persistence and trust in God's goodness? Are you able to detach from your own desires and seek God's will above all? Focus on discovering what God wants for your life and persist in asking for His will to be done. In doing so, you will find that His plan unfolds perfectly in your life.

Today, take time to reflect on this perfect prayer that Jesus Himself gave us. Follow Saint Teresa’s advice and pray each word slowly, with intention. Start by acknowledging God as your Father and meditate on His infinite love and care for you. This prayer consists of seven petitions, so consider choosing one to focus on, allowing it to transform your heart.

Jesus deeply desires for us to choose Him each day and says that this "better part" will not be taken away. Reflect on what is truly most important in life. Don’t let excuses or distractions keep you from spending time with God. Make a commitment to sit at Jesus' feet in prayer and adoration. If you do, you’ll find your life more peaceful and fruitful, with the time spent in prayer bearing more fruit than all the other tasks of the day.

Reflect on two things: First, how open is your heart to what Jesus wants to tell you? If you asked Him, “What must I do to inherit eternal life?” would He be able to speak to you deeply, or would He only offer a general response? Second, if you find yourself constantly defending your faith to someone, reconsider your approach. The deepest truths of our faith should be shared with those who are truly open to them.

Take time today to reflect on how you love. Does a hardened heart lead you to misunderstand the love God calls you to share? Do you minimize love’s demands? Is your love self-seeking or self-giving? Reflect on God’s pure and holy love for you, and recommit to loving Him and others with that same depth, ensuring that your love endures.

Reflect today on the profound reality that Christ dwells within you. You are blessed with this gift of His indwelling presence. Like the disciples, your eyes are blessed when they perceive His presence, not through physical sight but through the faith that reveals God’s presence within your heart. Spend time in quiet prayer, entering into the deepest core of your being, where God waits to embrace you, to speak to you, and to guide you in all things.

Reflect today on how God may be calling you to publicly manifest your repentance. Consider how your actions may have affected others and how you can actively show your sorrow. Repentance is not only for God to see but for those we have wronged as well. By humbling ourselves and engaging in visible acts of penance, we can begin to heal the wounds caused by our sin.
