Reflect on any tendencies you might have to be like the Sadducees. Are you rigid or narrow-minded? Do you think you have all the answers? If so, seek humility. Embrace the mysteries of Heaven with awe. Use your mind to explore the truths God has revealed, and be open to deeper insights into His divine wisdom.

Reflect today on your need for divine wisdom to navigate the world's trickery and foolishness. Recognize that you are not wise enough on your own and pray for God's wisdom to guide you.

Reflect on any spiritual duties God has entrusted to you. With leadership comes the responsibility to act according to God's will, which requires constant humility. By exercising authority in line with God's will, the vineyard in your care will produce good fruit.

Reflect on this hidden but real Mystery of Faith. Let yourself be filled with wonder and awe at what you witness. Allow your faith in the Eucharist to deepen through spiritual insight and belief. Look at this great Gift of the Eucharist with the eyes of faith, and you will be drawn into the wonder and awe that God wants for you.

Reflect on whether you struggle with obstinacy. Do you find it hard to admit when you are wrong or to apologize? Are there matters of faith you refuse to believe or broken relationships you refuse to mend? Do you justify your sin instead of admitting guilt and seeking change?

Reflect today on the joy witnessed by these two holy women. Know that you are called to share in this same joy by recognizing the blessings in your life. If you lack joy, consider where your mind tends to wander. Do you dwell on past hurts, problems, and negative thoughts? Such focus can lead to depression and despair. Instead, turn your mind to God’s actions in your life. See the many blessings you have received and savor those moments. Doing so will lead you to rejoice like Saint Elizabeth and our Blessed Mother.

Reflect today on Bartimaeus as an image of yourself. See yourself in desperate need of our Lord and listen for His clear voice. Do you hear Him? Do you sense Him walking by? As you do, cry out to Him with fervor, intensity, and conviction. And if you find that there are temptations trying to silence your prayer and faith, increase your intensity and cry out "all the more" to our Lord. He will hear you, call you to Himself, and give you the grace He desires to bestow.

Reflect today on your own calling to live a life of holy slavery. How is God calling you to sacrificially give yourself to others out of love? From a human perspective, the idea of sacrifice, servitude, and even holy slavery can be hard to understand. But when we look to Jesus as our model, it becomes clearer. Find ways to give yourself selflessly to others, and know that the more you imitate our Lord in this, the greater your life will be.

Reflect today on whether you can say, like Peter, "Lord, I have given up everything to follow You." Have you truly given your life to Christ? Are there areas you still hold back, unwilling to sacrifice for Him? Consider Peter's words and see where you need to surrender more to Jesus. Let the promise of His reward motivate you to hold nothing back and give everything to follow His will.

Reflect today on whether you could join the rich young man in asking Jesus how to be perfect. Are you ready to respond to Jesus' answer? Are you willing to abandon everything that hinders the will of God to follow Him and fulfill His perfect will? Ponder this question and commit yourself to fully embrace Jesus' answer, and you will become richer in what truly matters.
