When the woman caught in adultery experienced the healing love of Jesus, a new life began for her. (Jn 8:11) St. Paul, who also had a profound conversion experience, described his heart on fire for God in these words, "I have indeed been taken possession of by Christ Jesus" and "forgetting what lies behind...I continue my pursuit towards the goal, the prize of God's upward calling, in Christ Jesus." (Phil 3:12-14)
