Forgiveness is the greatest healing. Forgiveness is not a failure but a real powerful instrument invoking the intervention of God. Forgiveness is the real revenge. Keeping unforgiveness in our hearts is tantamount to killing. Forgiveness has three aspects to it:

When we have unforgiveness towards God and to ourselves, we kill both our bodies and our souls. When we have unforgiveness towards others, we silently kill them and ourselves, Many of us are able to forgive others the wrongs they do to us. However, forgiveness towards God and ourseselves are somewhat difficult.
