This is our final episode for 2021! We thought what better way to end the year with a discussion on forgiving, healing and resetting going in to the New Year. I admit, learning the art of forgiving those that hurt me has been my biggest lesson this year and something I'm continuously working on. My goal going in to 2022 is to leave all the past hurt and baggage (or dead bodies as Deidra would say) behind me as well as continuing to focus on self love and self improvement.

Thank you again for all that supported the channel this last year, it has meant a great deal to me. I wish everyone happy holidays and a safe/happy New Year. We will see everyone in 2022!!!
