Forgiveness can seem like an insurmountable hurdle. Especially if we need to forgive someone else.

In this episode, I discuss why I think we can't actually forgive others and that forgiveness isn't really about others. I get very personal about a time in my life when deep forgiveness was needed and how that shaped my understanding about who and what we are really forgiving and why.
