I think knowing your why is hugely important and can act as a guide to what we want to do in the world. But what if you have more than one why, more than one purpose? What if you have a broader, deeper why?

As a life-long learner, I think of learning as a continuous process. But it can be easy to think that you can learn the "wrong" things and have to un-learn them over the course of your life.

Surrender isn't about giving up. It's about sharing you as you are with others.

In this episode, I talk about what surrender is, how it is part of the process of becoming whole, and why it's so hard to do. (It has nothing to do with giving our power away!) I also share a time when I was "outed" into becoming.

Forgiveness can seem like an insurmountable hurdle. Especially if we need to forgive someone else.

In this episode, I discuss why I think we can't actually forgive others and that forgiveness isn't really about others. I get very personal about a time in my life when deep forgiveness was needed and how that shaped my understanding about who and what we are really forgiving and why.

For many of us, trust is a four-letter word. I think that's because it can feel like a powerless state. While trust is a vulnerable state, I don't think it's a powerless one.

As spiritual seekers, we know that information from the spiritual world is vital to our growth. But what kind of information is available to us and how does it help us?
