I think knowing your why is hugely important and can act as a guide to what we want to do in the world. But what if you have more than one why, more than one purpose? What if you have a broader, deeper why?
In this episode, I’m combining my book-writing experiences and Netflix binge-watching to talk about a "why" that helps you understand where you are heading, why that direction is important for soul growth, and how what you are doing gets you there.

As a life-long learner, I think of learning as a continuous process. But it can be easy to think that you can learn the “wrong” things and have to un-learn them over the course of your life.
In this episode, I talk about why I don’t think we learn the “wrong” things, how either/or thinking of “right” and “wrong” choices separates us rather than connects us, and how we can change that.

Surrender isn’t about giving up. It’s about sharing you as you are with others.
In this episode, I talk about what surrender is, how it is part of the process of becoming whole, and why it’s so hard to do. (It has nothing to do with giving our power away!) I also share a time when I was “outed” into becoming.
Forgiveness can seem like an insurmountable hurdle. Especially if we need to forgive someone else.
In this episode, I discuss why I think we can’t actually forgive others and that forgiveness isn’t really about others. I get very personal about a time in my life when deep forgiveness was needed and how that shaped my understanding about who and what we are really forgiving and why.
Join me in continuing the conversation as I write a book about how I learned to embrace how I didn’t fit, belong to myself and still be able to authentically connect.

For many of us, trust is a four-letter word. I think that’s because it can feel like a powerless state. While trust is a vulnerable state, I don’t think it’s a powerless one.
In this episode, I talk about how I think our understanding of trust focuses more on the external experience rather than our internal experience, why that makes us feel so powerless, and what we can do to change that.
Is there a secret part of you known only to you that you can't share because it would mean you would love important connections with others? Or maybe you sense something just under the surface, but aren’t sure that bringing it out is a good idea?
In this episode, I talk about how “being as you are”, or acknowledging that “secret” is the key to making deep, authentic connections.
“You are not a human being having a spiritual experience. You are a spiritual being having a human experience.” As common as this phrase is, do we really understand what it means? Not in an intellectual way, but in a feeling way. Can we feel at our core that this is true, or is it just out of reach?
In today’s episode, my guest Jonathan Yorks brings that phrase to life. I had originally planned to talk about where our souls go and what they do in the spiritual dimension between human lives and was rerouted. Instead, what we got was the essence of our spiritual path from the soul’s perspective. How, as soul consciousness, we work in both the spiritual and physical dimensions.
For this episode, I invite you to take it in. To hear your story in his story. To open to understanding our human experience not from a human perspective, but from the soul’s perspective.

In today’s episode, I talk about a method of getting spiritual information that I think can be a little misunderstood, not least of which because it seems incredible. I’m referring to channeling. And it does seem incredible. Here we have beings or group consciousness from the spiritual dimension directly communicating with us through an individual who can act as a “voice” or “channel” of information.
Here to give us some insight into this method of communication is Leontine Hartzell who has been a channel for healing energy, wisdom and healing music for over 25 years and has a full-time energy healing and teaching practice for the past 25 years. Leontine will be answering questions like what does it mean to be a channel, what kinds of information is channeled and how does it all work.

As spiritual seekers, we know that information from the spiritual world is vital to our growth. But what kind of information is available to us and how does it help us? What doesn’t make it any easier is there seems to be a lot of overlap with intuitive/psychic information, blurring the lines and making it difficult to distinguish among them. While this overlap is real, I’m going to differentiate a little bit so we can start to see how they fit together. The first up is foresight and premonition.
Our spiritual guide today is Jessica Kozak, psychic counselor, and healer. Jessica is going to give us information on the nature of foresight, what can be seen, what can’t be seen and why, and demonstrate how foresight can help you on your soul path. We’re also going to talk about how foresight and premonitions aren’t just for psychics, and that you can get your own intuitive future information.

When I first started venturing into the spiritual world, I had no idea what I was doing or how to get around. I didn’t know if I was going to “meet” anything and if I did, what or who would it be and what would happen? It was like opening this portal to everything and it was a bit frightening. What I needed was a map to help me navigate this great unknown. Luckily, I knew someone who could help me with that, and she is joining me in this episode.
Here to help us out (again) is psychic consultant, spiritual counselor, and master energy healer Lisa Campion. We discuss what’s out there, who’s out there, and how this world is organized. We also talk about how to navigate between the realms and the not so nice “neighborhoods” to avoid.
Even if you have delved into the spiritual world and feel connected to your guides, this episode will paint a bigger picture, connect some dots, and provide insights into working more consciously with this world.
