Forgiving Others: Meditation for Inner Peace and Healing

Hello Friends, and welcome back. Last week we focused on forgiveness of the self, and we will be following that theme this week by extending  forgiveness to others. Did you know that harboring grudges or animosity towards another person can actually be hazardous to our health? Forgiveness is an important step towards healing and inner peace, but it often does not come easy. Today we will practice projecting forgiveness outside of ourselves so that we can move forward in our own personal journeys and lighten the loads that we carry. So sit back, get comfortable, and let’s cultivate an attitude of letting go of those things that do not serve us.
