Being a goalkeeper is extremely difficult with all of the pressure of keeping the ball out of the net, but then adding in the pressure of keeping your starting spot is a lot.  However, being a supportive teammate and helping your fellow goalkeepers get better and succeed you are creating an environment for growth for everyone.
