We all seek to grow in virtue. Virtue is a grace from God that sanctifies us. These virtues allows us to walk in his ways and remain in perseverance.

During the Advent Season we prepare for the coming of Christ, not the receiving of gifts alone. Take the time during this liturgical season to enter into intimate prayer with God, seeking him as we commemorate his coming into the world.

I reached a milestone of over 100 subscribers on YouTube. I know I haven’t been very actively lately, but I am back and ready to give you more great content.

The world today is corrupt. We keep choosing what’s wrong in life and I begin to think we’re choosing for “the now” (meaning what’s going to satisfy us now) and not for “the future” (meaning what will benefit us eternally and give a life long satisfaction). Now we didn’t choose Christ in the beginning, and we can’t keep Malik g that same mistake. We know the answer is God. We cannot reject that answer. Because by God, we choose love, peace, hope and the gift of salvation for our souls.

Christ is the light of life. Let God call you into existence as he releases you and I from the chains of death. What a wonderful God we have as he seeks to call us to live our life in him.

Drink from the Fountain of Mercy, where Christ gives us eternal, life giving water for us to drink and for us to be cleansed.

Looks can be deceiving, but do not let your eyes fool you. St. Paul says we walk by faith, not by sight. What your eyes see in the confessional is a priest, but your soul truly knows it is Christ who hears, heals, and absolves you from your faults and sins in the name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

Do not let the Title of the segment scare you or intimidate you, yet be drawn towards the video. Identify certain areas in your life where you may seek pleasure or world happiness. Our souls can’t survive with worldly happiness, we need to seek fulfillment in Christ alone. There’s no greater pleasure than the pleasure of knowing God ultimately loves us and will do anything to be with us (even if it means death). But I must say it was a PLEASURE to make this amazing video for you guys (wink wink).
