Listen Later

George Groves was a hugely successful boxer - World, European, British and Commonwealth Champion - in a storied and high profile career. He retired at the age of 30, having last fought in 2018.

George runs us through his Seven Traits Of a Champion that can be easily transferred from professional boxing to everyday life.
