In this special episode, Howie chats with Atty. Lucille Sering, former Vice Chair of the country’s Climate Change Commission and a native of Siargao Island. She flew to the island 2 days after Typhoon Odette made landfall and saw firsthand the devastation that was left behind. They talked about the desperate situation of the island, the dwindling supply of drinking water,  and ways that we can prevent such calamities in the future.
