#1 Welcome To The Former Female Athlete Podcast! Hosted by Ali Hartman.

For our first episode, I want to give a rundown of my story and my collegiate experience. I played softball at Brevard College and ended up graduating early in 3 years. There was a lot of change and uncertainty in my career (new coaches, Covid, finishing my degree early) which ultimately led to me having to make a very difficult decision at 21 years old. I also speak on my transition out of sports and how difficult it has been for me.

The female athlete community is so strong and not given many chances to get our voices out there so that is my goal!
