Marc Marot spent the best part of twenty years running both, Island Music before moving across to run Island Records from when it was the coolest label on earth into numerous ownership buy outs coupled with the inevitable changes. He shares some amazing stories including the time he went out and bought the domains, IslandRecords.com and U2.com telling them, 'trust me you'll be thanking me for this in time.' He handed them both ownership on his leaving the label and U2 commissioned him to build the site, U2.com. This 'Boy' done well !
