The giant nine-floor property that used to house the San Francisco Centre Mall has new owners.

The so-called “Los Gatos Party Mom” has been found guilty of more than 55 counts of providing alcohol to minor and facilitating multiple sexual assaults.

San Francisco's annual Chinese New Year Parade takes place this Saturday.
