This week we look back over our series on 1 John. We're encouraged to walk in the light as Jesus is in the light.

What does an ideal loving community look like? And what does a genuinely loving church look like? Rev Rod shows us from 1 John 3:16-24 what real love is.

What are some of the things that you would say that you love? In 1 John 2:15-3:6, John reminds everyone of what we should love and the things that we shouldn't. We should love the truth and recognise that Jesus is the Christ.

Could you live in darkness? Or would you prefer a light to be on? Rev Rod shows us from 1 John 1:1-2:11 how to live in the light and be a light for others.

Many people today would say that they're a good person. Would you say that? The Gospel passage from Mark 10:17-52 makes us ask the question 'How Good is Good Enough?' 

What is Greatness? And what makes someone great? Rev Mark shows us what biblical greatness looks like and why it is more valuable to obtain than worldly greatness. Mark chapter 9:30-10:16 points us to kingdom values over human greatness.

How would you describe who Jesus is to your family and friends? Who is Jesus? Mark 8:1-9:1 show us that Jesus is the king of a coming kingdom which will surpass all others. Are you a member of that kingdom and are you return for the king to return?

The Pharisees follow human traditions but fail to have hearts for God. What about you? Do you have a heart after God?

Do you know who Jesus is? Our passage in Mark 6 describes who he is. He is a saviour, a king, and the Son of God. Rev Mark unpacks what this means, and what this means for us today.
