International Fibromyalgia Awareness Day falls on May 12, and today we’re joined by Fibromyalgia Association Canada member Suzi Groenewegen. As someone who suffers from fibromyalgia, Suzy discusses what it’s like to have it, what it’s like dealing with a condition that is stigmatized and the upcoming awareness day. On May 12 Shell Canopy Place and Saline Creek Bridge will be lit up purple to help start a conversation.
