Young Mormon Men are often told that a mission is the best two years of their life, but mine was certainly not, and in fact, it was hell. My mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was partially responsible for my leaving the Church and loosing my faith in God

In this episode I will be going through the first part of the book of Leviticus in the Bible to determine if the god of the Old Testament, based on his actions in the text, is a good god and a god worth worshipping if he were real. So far it isn't looking good for god and, as we learn in Leviticus, god is prideful, vengeful, sexist and loves his people to suffer by burning up all of their best stuff because he loves the way it smells.

In this episode I go over a talk by President Brigham Young in which he talks about the duty of the saints and how they should not have any fun until they have done everything they need to do, and at one point in the talk he mentioned about how men would submit applications for a wife. WTF? Brigham young decided who got married to who?

In this episode I review what was once one of my favorite films, The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepard, which is basically just a Mormon propaganda film. In the Journal of Discourses, Brigham Young said a bunch of racist things about Native Americans and talked about how petty theft should be dealt with by murdering the thief.
