As mentioned in the episode, I'm uncertain where the unfolding is leading, but I am showing up for it and excited to bring more flow back into the podcast.

There's a certain weight lifted when we are able to just BE instead of holding ourselves under the weight of expectations, forced consistency and trying to show up when we're meant to slow down.
