Studying the life of Elijah, we see that God will sometimes send you into a season of separation for preparation. In this message, we will observe how Elijah meets a very poor widow and her son. The Word of the Lord comes to Elijah, and if he thought he was through with testing from God, he goes from being cut off to being cut down to now, going to a place that means to melt. We will see in this miraculous story, which takes place in seemingly ordinary circumstances, that if you want God’s supernatural provision in your life, you must agree to His vision for your life. God was purifying and preparing Elijah.

In this new sermon series based on the life of the prophet Elijah, we will see and learn a model for Christian living. Elijah’s life is filled with incredible stories of faith and passion, yet he was just a regular person—a human being just like us. God’s Word encourages us that if we practice humble obedience the way Elijah did, God can use us in incredible ways, too.

The big idea in this first sermon is that God uses ordinary people to accomplish His extraordinary purposes. Do you need to make an important decision? Go to the Lord and ask for wisdom. Have you received a Word from the Lord? Go to His Word. Are you in a season of being cut off and cut down? Don't surrender your season. Lean in. Has your brook dried up? Suspend reason and obey God, even if it doesn't make sense.

Jochebed was the mother of three famous people in the Bible. She was the mother of Moses, the deliverer of Israel. She was the mother of Aaron, the first high priest of Israel. She was the mother of Miriam, a prophetess, poet, and singer in Israel. Aaron, Moses & Miriam were all three siblings. Jochebed’s name means “honor or glory of God,” and she certainly honored God with her life and with her faith.

Moses is also a towering figure in the Bible. Acts 7:22 says this about Moses: "And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was mighty in his words and deeds." On this Mother’s Day, we are going to look at four things about this great Mother, the mom of Moses, and “why” she was a great mother. But this message isn't just for mothers, it's a message for all of us. Studying the life of Moses' mom and Moses, we can see that somehow and someway, often almost invisibly, God is working behind the scenes in order to bring about His best plan for your life. All that is left for you to do is to trust and obey the God who loves you and saves you.

In this message, Pastor Dmitry Kvasnyuk takes a look at the fall of King Solomon. What factors contributed to that fall and what hope we can find even in the midst of a bad ending...God knows what to do with those.

Where in life are you now facing a choice between God's way and the wrong way? This is exactly the predicament that Solomon finds himself in. When Solomon first ascended to Israel's throne, God appeared to him at Gibeon and gave him the opportunity of a lifetime. The king could ask for anything he wanted, and God would give it to him. Wisely, Solomon chose wisdom.

But it's not enough just to make the right choice once. Wise people, keep continuing to make wise choices, over and over and over again. Now, it was time for Solomon to choose again, and then to keep on choosing wisely and correctly. We desperately need God's wisdom to make the correct choices in our lives. The good news is that if any of us lacks wisdom, the Bible calls us to ask God, and He will give it to us, generously and ungrudgingly (James 1:5).

Solomon was a smashing success in every which way. But he still had to continue to make the right decisions in order to be blessed by God. The good news of the gospel is not that you are constantly making good decisions, wise decisions, that will ultimately give you will have a much better life. The good news of the gospel is that God is still going to love you and care for you, in spite of the myriad of bad, unwise decisions, that you will continue to make.

In this message, Pastor Bogdan Kipko focuses on what wisdom looks like when it is on full display. What happens when wisdom reigns? We believe that when you get wiser, everyone wins. In this text, the occasion of Solomon’s famous demonstration of discernment is a legal case involving two prostitutes living in the same house who both claim a particular newborn child as their own. The identity of the true mother, the one who gives up her child out of love, is thus revealed to Solomon, and Solomon is revealed to his subjects as one who has wisdom from God to administer justice.

What can we personally learn from this display of wisdom and how can we also demonstrate wisdom in our own lives? Is it really possible to make wise decisions? What happens though, when we do all that we can to make the right decision, but then we experience the wrong result in our life? Where is the hope for weary, exhausted people, who can't seem to keep a consistent streak going wherein they make correct decisions? Throughout this story, we will learn that the good news of Christianity is not that you get a better life because you've made all the correct decisions but rather that you get the Author of Life, Jesus, in spite of your bad decisions.

In this brand new sermon series, based on the rise and fall of King Solomon, Pastor Bogdan takes a deep dive into the personality, prestige, power, and wisdom of King Solomon. When he ascended to the throne, he sought after God, and God gave him the opportunity to ask for whatever he wanted. Solomon humbly acknowledged his inability to rule well and unselfishly asked God for the wisdom he would need to rule God’s people justly.

What kind of a man was King Solomon? What kind of warning signs did King Solomon display that hinted at his lack of wholehearted devotion to the Lord? Did King Solomon have a fall even before his rise and then, subsequent fall? We see from King Solomon's life that in a way, we are all very much like him, with the exception of the level of wealth and power that he possessed. He was a sinful man who was desperately in need of God's grace and mercy.

In this Easter Sunday message, Pastor Bogdan Kipko makes an indisputable case that Jesus turns graves into gardens. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, God reverses the condemnation that you once were under and offers you His salvation. This is good news for us!

People who don’t confess Christ as their Lord are more often than not worried or scared they are unable to keep that commitment – too many temptations they say, or I can’t keep myself saved. I can’t keep myself clean, I can’t keep behaving, I’m going to do too many bad things, and God is going to be very angry with me. Here is the reality: Just like you can’t save yourself from your sins, you can’t keep yourself saved either – that’s the job of Jesus!

When you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are saved and secure in Christ. You cannot lose your salvation when you've put your trust in Jesus.

The wonderful news about Good Friday is that God took a barbaric instrument of death that was feared and reviled throughout the Roman-ruled world and transformed it into a symbol of hope and life for all who place their hope in Christ. In the same way, all who place their hope in Christ are transformed from enemies of God into children of God and co-heirs with Christ.

When one receives prescription glasses, they are only helpful if the prescription is correct. If not, your ability to see will be limited. In the same way, if we are not viewing life through Jesus’ finished work, if we aren’t viewing life through the work of Jesus, namely his life, death, burial, resurrection, ascension, and imminent return,—and instead through our own “goodness” or politics, or power dynamics, or race, or any other variable, —we’ll lack the ability to see “God moments” in front of us.

We also won’t be properly equipped to handle the tragedies, mishaps, misfortunes, valleys, and storms of life, as they come at us; as we all know, we live in a post-Genesis 3 world, which means that it is hard to live life, no matter who you are - so how can we strive not necessarily to have a better life but rather to be better at life? We need a framework, a guide, a map, and a navigation if you will. This is what Christ provides and specifically, this is what the arrival of the King provides, for you and me.
