"Don't put yourself in a box and say because I'm a carpenter, I am always going to be a carpenter because there is nothing else out there. Maybe it's a hobby or a job opportunity," Al explained. "But the two most enjoyable things I've done in my life are things I started after turning 50."

In the process of researching a health scare, Michele discovered a lot of helpful information about America’s food supply, toxins in the environment and how they work to impact everyone’s health.

When bad things happen, we have a choice on how to respond. We can sulk, withdraw into our little comfort zones and blame God and everyone else for our predicament. Or we can pivot and realize that as long as we’re still breathing, there is a purpose for our lives.

The need for purpose is obvious and that’s why Greg started Forward From 50 -- to help men and women over the age of 50 to live more purposeful lives by pursuing things they are truly passionate about.
