What if you had a miraculous superpower? What would it be? We have quite an unusual guest this week as Dr. Rebecca Corbin interviews Frank C. Laney, a Circuit Mediator for the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for over 25 years, who has mediated more than 4,000 cases. They talk about mediation, conflict resolution, entrepreneurial thinking and action, and how to better understand the people around us. You may find some of the tips Frank shared helpful as you plan for the year ahead – like "going to the balcony" to regain control of a situation, creating space to see more options to solve challenges for mutual benefit.
