Episode 11 Buyout Live! From Adam’s (Parent’s) lake house! It’s Breaking Backwards! The gang experiences their first episode where Mike is around the whole time and is dead zero of the time. Meg and Adam get into the nitty gritty on the concept of grandchildren as well as why you should NEVER recast someone in an existing role. We also try to encourage News Anchor Antoinette Antonio to go all in on dramatic acting because she. Has. IT.
Meg gets her first heaping helping of Mike in the Breaking Backwards tenth episode extravaganza! And what an episode to land on such a momentous occasion. The gang takes a deep dive into what is Adam’s favorite episode of the entire series which includes a bevy of old men appreciating their grandchildren and a healthy dose of the attractive Bob Odenkirk. Now let’s all listen and cross our fingers that the podcast doesn’t get dinged for copyright infringement for what Adam edits into the very end of the episode.
Meg gets her first glimpse at what Walt and Hank look like as friends. Adam wants to see more people pooping in movies, but not talking about it. However, most important at all: We. See. Walt..... WET! So sit down and kick back for the second horniest episode of Breaking Bad ever. Oh and follow Lauren Scharf on Twitter. @LLcoolscharf. Come on. Do it.
If you thought this podcast would never talk about just how sick skateboarding is, then THINK AGAIN. Adam and Meg break down this classic episode with a cornerstone discussion about it’s most significant theme: how rad is shredding your board in an empty swimming pool? They also find another podcast called Breaking Backwards that has one episode from two years ago that they feel compelled to give notes on. Please join them in this moderately horny outing.
Sorry about the echo! We had some audio boondoggles in this episode that makes Adam sound like he’s in the middle of a canyon at the end. But that won’t stop him and Meg from seeing the beginning of Walt and Hank’s cat and mouse game. Overall Meg has one big question: Why hasn’t she seen a big argument break out in a restaurant in real life? Like not one time? Do people not want to argue in restaurants around her? She talks about other stuff but mainly the restaurant thing. If someone would please break off an engagement in the middle of a restaurant in front of Meg she’d really appreciate it.
In the gang’s first episode recorded remotely, they learn a lot about both Breaking Bad and themselves. Primarily Adam learns that his mouse and keyboard noises do indeed get picked up on the microphone and is SORRY, OK!?!? On the Breaking Bad side of things, Meg finally learns what’s the deal with the sex tape everyone’s been talking about and the under 5’s of this show finally get their due. And Adam does the impossible: draw comparisons between Breaking Bad and Patrick Stump’s 2011 solo E.P. ‘Truant Wave’. Join us!
It’s a scheme off! Adam and Meg’s experiment gets put to the test as they try their best to stumble through their first episode of Breaking Bad that isn’t non-stop excitement. They’ll do this through a combination of alcohol and discussion of the Bachelor’s place in our collective conscience. They’ll also, of course, talk about what makes them horny as hell.
Handcuffs? Schemes? Yelling?!?! Adam and Meg break down one of Breaking Bad’s hornier efforts in a non-stop thrill ride of an episode that is incredibly hard to spell. We also get to see what Hank is like as a living breathing human and not as just a dying man. PLUS Meg gets to meet her new best friend: Huell!
Adam and Meg breakdown this Emmy award-winning episode and examine the subtle and nuanced acting choices of two characters exploring the ethos of love in modern times make when they’ve forgotten what it means to be genuine. And, Adam and Meg sink their teeth into what is perhaps the horniest episode of Breaking Bad thus far in the reverse viewing. Hunk factor 10/10! ********** Ten Hunks!
In the next installment of this thought experiment, Adam and Meg discuss the penultimate episode of the series, finding Walt a desperate man fleeing for his freedom, but can a man imprisoned by his own desires ever truly be free? Adam and Meg also talk a lot about little ol’ babies and how polite those Nazis were to that smoking lady.
