Under Florida law, a guardian ad litem is a court-appointed representative, who is tasked with acting as the "next friend of the child." Today, I am joined by Dario, who is an active Guardian ad litem in the state of Florida. He gives us insight into why he joined this organization, and how his small investment, is yielding big results for the foster youth where he presides.
