We also discuss mental health resources that Arizona State provides, chances of winning the Pac 12 and pushing towards a NCAA Tournament Bid.

After finishing her junior season, Zoee talks about the expectations she has for the volleyball program, the relationships that she has built with her teammates and expanding her leadership role going into her senior year. The University of Wyoming allowed Zoee to grow as person on and off the court during the past 3 years.

Ellie talks about her connection with God and how He has helped her through adversity during her time at Ashland. Ellie went through 3 coaches in 4 years and explained how she stayed committed, the importance of being a great leader and the impact she had on her teammates and coaches.

From being one of the most accomplished players in women’s lacrosse history, Coach Munday talks about how she got into coaching and the importance of having a great relationship with all her players at USC. We were able to dive into mental health and what intangibles she looks for in a player.

Tessa has a bright future at Harvard University. We talked about the importance of mental health, the genuine relationships she has with her teammates, and being able to adjust to a high academic standard.

Logan is bound to have a standout season at Grand Canyon University. We were able to elaborate on perseverance, adversity and mental health. After transferring from Kansas State, Logan has 3 years of eligibility left, great things in store for him.

Currently a junior on the women’s volleyball team at the University of Notre Dame, Charity was able to dive deep into her faith with God. Charity elaborated on how God helped her fight through adversity, also gave her perspective on mental health and how we can end the stigma.
