Tosin Faniro-Dada is the Managing Director & CEO of Endeavor in Nigeria. Tosin is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and helping them scale, not just for the immediate impact this has on their organization but more for the multiplier effect, which confers on the larger society and economy. She has worked with entrepreneurs in various life-cycle stages, supporting them with interventions and resources to help them thrive.  

Tosin was the Director, Programmes & Coordination, ‎Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) where she led the fund’s intervention programs; providing access to finance to MSMEs, facilitating training and job placements for young people, and supporting entrepreneurs in Lagos State, under the Lagos Innovates program.

Abdulhamid Hassan is the CEO of Mono, a data startup that is “powering the internet economy” in Africa. 

Mono is the modern financial infrastructure for Africa, backed with $17M from Tiger Global, Entree capital, Target global, DST, SBI Group, and powering companies like Carbon, Tangerine, Renmoney, Identitypass and so much more.   

Mono is currently live in Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana and Kenya.

Babajide is an experienced professional whose mission is to help founders build long-lasting technology-enabled companies in Africa. His experience spans tech, banking, and consulting. 

Babajide previously worked as a Community Manager with Andela, had stints in Access Bank and Phillips Consulting and is the ex-country manager of Safeboda. Currently, he is the GM (Nigeria) of M-kopa.   

M-Kopa is an African connected asset financing platform that provides underbanked customers in Africa with essential products, including solar lighting, televisions, fridges, smartphones & financial services. M-Kopa was launched commercially in 2012 and is headquartered in Nairobi.
