Jason Walton is the founder of Moxie Pest Control, a national pest control company with over 30 offices across the country. Tejas Konduru is the founder and CEO of Via, a mobile marketing platform for ecommerce brands. The son of Silicon Valley engineers, Tejas started Via to help retailers engage with customers on the device they carry around all day: Their mobile phone. Via puts together campaigns on mobile-native channels like apps, text and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram. Via has raised over $75 million from various private equity firms, including Tiger Global, Peterson Partners, and others. McKay is a business leader, author, professor and podcast host. He is currently the CEO of a major non-profit organization, Thanksgiving Point, which serves children and youth in his local community. Christensen’s career began at Procter & Gamble after graduating with an MBA and a Masters in Accounting from BYU. He has held various other leadership positions in business including Director of Strategic Planning for Holiday Worldwide, President and Chief Strategy Officer for Melaleuca, Inc., and Managing Director of Advancement at BYU. McKay earned a Ph.D. in Adult and Organization Learning and teaches business strategy at the BYU’s Marriott School of Business. Bennet is an entrepreneur, investor, founder, and podcast host. Prior to founding GRIT, John was a VP of Sales at Greenix, a leading pest control company in the US.

Sean is the founder and CEO of Cold Rush Express, a trucking & logistics company based in Salt Lake City that provides innovative shipping solutions to its clients. He also serves concurrently as the President of ShipEX Logistics. Prior to founding Cold Rush in 2019, Sean was the Founder and CEO of Interide Logistics, which was ultimately acquired by XPO Logistics in May of 2013. Before Interide, Sean served as the founder and President of C.R. England Logistics which he grew to over $300M in revenue prior to his departure.
