At Christmas we see the full extent of God’s love for us. He loves us so much, that he sent His son, Jesus to show us the full extent of His love. Jesus laid down his privilege as The Son of God and came to the Earth to ultimately, pay the price for our sin by dying on the cross.

Advent Hope is certain - it’s a Hope that was there in the beginning, a Hope that came to Bethlehem, and a Hope that will one day return as King - and until that day, can ‘overflow’ in our every day lives by the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Fullness of life is found in serving others - it's the backdoor to joy, and it's always open.

Guilt and shame show up in all sorts ways in our lives, surround yourself with the word of God, forgive yourself because Jesus has and take care of yourself.

Jesus called us to ‘love one another’ and told us that it’s by our love for one another that we would be known as his followers. It’s for this reason that we must keep the conversation alive and talk about race.

Seeking to build bridges where racial divides exist, is not just a one-off conversation or event, it’s something that needs to become part of the culture of our church, and here’s how we’re taking steps towards this.

God’s heart is for humanity to be united. As we enter Black History Month, join us as we once again affirm that Black Lives Still Matter and address our response to racial injustice and inequality.
