On our Elder Affirmation Sunday Gathering, Pastor Andrew Arthur, from The Hallows Church, teaches a message on the importance and beauty of a plurality of church leaders from Acts 14:21-23. Pastor Andrew shares four convictions concerning pastoral leadership:

1) Pastoral leadership in a local church is to be a plurality not a singularity

2) Pastoral leadership in a local church is to be collaborative not competitive

3) Pastoral leadership in a local church is to be a privilege not a right

4) Pastoral leadership in a local church is to be a service not status
