This week we continue our study through the gospel according to John looking at John 5:19-29. From the passage we see the authority of Jesus and the life-giving power of Jesus' voice.

This week we continue our study through the gospel according to John looking at John 5:1-18. The story is of Jesus healing a man at a pool in Jerusalem on the Sabbath. Afterwards, Jesus finds him in the temple and says to him, "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you." From this passage, we find the principle that we are saved by grace and saved for holiness. In other words, we are healed for the sake of holiness.

This week we come to John 4:43-54 in our study through the gospel according to John. From the passage we see the grace and power of Jesus in healing the son of an official at a distance, immediately, with a word. Belief that honors Jesus is taking Him at His Word and acting upon it.

This week as we continue through our study through the gospel according to John we look at John 4:1-42. From the passage Will encourages us to pursue reaping what Jesus has sown and entering into the joy of making disciples.

This week we continue through our study through the gospel according to John, examining John 3:22-36. From the passage we find a phrase that could summarize the aim of a disciple - "Jesus must increase, I must decrease." A Christian is an individual who seeks to magnify the name and renown of Jesus.

This week we continue through our study through the gospel according to John, examining John 3:16-21. From the text we see that Jesus offers the life of abundant joy and immeasurable blessing in the presence of God forever to anyone who believes. We are saved by grace alone in Christ alone through faith alone, but this faith never remains alone.

At the beginning of this recording is an update about upcoming structural changes in the life of our church. As we continue our study through the gospel according to John, this week we examine John 3:1-15. From the passage we see Jesus teaching Nicodemus that he must be born again.

This week we continue our study through the gospel according to John looking at John 2:13-25. In the passage, John describes Jesus cleansing the temple and knowing what was in man.

This week we examine the story of the wedding at Cana in John 2:1-12. From the passage we see that Jesus changes water into wine revealing His glory as all power and sovereign Lord. "This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him." - John 2:11

This week we examine John 1:35-51, in which Jesus calls His disciples. From the text we see the principles that Jesus calls people to Himself through:

1) Public proclamation

2) Direct Words

3) Family Relationship

4) Witness of a friend

Just as everyone in the story had a part to play, similarly all of God's people have the responsibility and privilege to make disciples - inviting others to "come and see."
