This one was a special one. I met Greg while he was "just" a regular at Red Horn and here we are cracking beers on my couch and getting to the bottom of why the name of his food truck is so different. This guy is a man of many talents but I never expected him to be such an artist with his words.

A true testament to this being a dream come true. I started this podcast with the idea of going around town talking to coffee shops owners, brewers, and other similar industry folk and here we are with the head hancho of Red Horn. It's been in the works for a while so to pull it all together and get this busy guy to sit still for a couple hours was *chef's kiss* perfect.

This man wasted no time getting me in the door  and booting me when the time was up. He's a busy dude with a hectic schedule and it was an absolute pleasure to waste 90 minutes of his time.
