A little story, my first job out of university many years ago was A&R at Sony Music Australia. I came across this band called 'The Fisher Boys', loved their sound and look, and eventually I pitched them to my boss for possible signing. Boss declined. Since then, the band has changed their name to COTERIE, signed to a rival record label, toured Europe and other parts of the world. I've been watching their career with pride and admiration. I didn't achieve much during my time at Sony but I'm pleased I was able to recognise their talent before other labels did. I love their music to this day and here's an edit with one of their latest tracks 'Pretty Gyal'.

I'm definitely having fun making Uncle Kracker edits at the moment. For 'Drift Away' I wanted to try do something more 'rock' and upbeat. Came across a duo called TOWNS a while back and love their song 'Safe To Say'. Put the Drift Away vocals over the top and it fit nicely. Here's the final product!
