Jordie Sarkozi, the man claiming to be Nora Solomon's nephew, is adamant she was murdered and hands Fitz a large retainer check to ensure he takes the case. Fitz's thoughts are anywhere else but on the condo he and Alicia tour in their search for a new home. On Monday, he and assistant Mary Margaret begin to dig into Jodie's past—there's no birth records, no court records or any information that links him to Fawcettville. So who is this kid? Is his real name Sarkozi?
Hometown star Nora Solomon has been found dead in her barn outside of town—her nephew Jordie believes she was murdered, even though the coroner's report says it was a heart attack. Fitz's caseload is light and he's got bills to pay. He takes the case, in spite of his concerns Jordie may not be Nora's nephew at all. Fitz visits the mayor’s office but no one has seen him. The search for Marco continues. Fitz visits Rosario at the hospital and learns the extent of her injuries—and the caliber of the gun that wounded her. Alicia return and has an idea of where Marco went.

Marco has disappeared but admits he knows who killed Anna Maria. There's a shooting at the accounting office. Fitz tries the key on the black ribbon of Anna Maria's journal.
