The birds help me end the two month silence - after a busy time with renovations and a short vacation, this episode is sitting and thinking / feeling into the perceived separation of body and spirit (more on that topic later), and the power of our choices and participation, the daily power of our being in this life.

Standing up in the “layer cake” - Seeing the being and becoming in each moment - Being at peace in the Becoming.

Where I get material - more on shadow work: “What do you maybe feel good about having in your tool box through this experience?” Stepping into that question can help you be embraced by a feeling or experience. Then, a little end Note I left for myself to expand on later, that I’ll leave as a taster on this episode (but is perhaps convoluted without expanding on it). As another side note: I’m often recording little nuggets to expand on later, that are not captured when I sit - so there’s more material in the back log!

This title makes me want to record a more cohesive episode, but sometimes when we ride... we follow. Sidebars are sandwiched this time. --Strange to hear the tonal difference in voice between flow and wanting to define and explain.
