Adam Alexander- Afghanistan/Army Veteran. Adam served in Civil Affairs and work along side Special Forces ODA while deployed. Adam was shot in the head and lost the usage of his right eye. Adam's story is incredible, inspiring, and humbling.

His organization takes therapy dogs to firehouses, police depts, and many other places to provide and positive outlet. Duwayne has been a firefighter/ paramedic for 22 years. This was a great podcast centered around mental health.

Aaron Hunnel came back for a follow up about his journey across America. Aaron rode his bike from California to Maryland in 21 days. Average 141 miles per day.
