Frame of Minds Podcast Episode 008

Abbas whipped out his crispy sunglasses for this episodes topics. Jeff Bezos is a mad man that made it to space. Although he is "thankful" to his employees, it was a snarky / obnoxious gesture. A better gesture would be an increase in breaks or wages. At the very least give them living wages. Everyone has their own issues to deal with. Walmart is willing to pay for new hire's college tuition? Do they pay for former students loans? According to Abbas... no. The employee shortage may be because there is a population shortage "whatever that means". Many people are choosing not to have kids, which is effecting this in a long term. However, we also learn a little Japanese, thanks to Tokyo Drift. Wabaki...Slippers. We also discover that the Dali Lama has twitter. All he wants is some peace and love. And Jon agrees. Jon gets into it by explaining his experience and how he rather not dwell in the negative.
