Self-care for high-achieving professionals who are empaths. I would like to share my own story of discovering that I am an empath and an intuitive and my journey of empowerment.
Fran believes we need more understanding of and compassion for legal professionals who are highly empathic to become more aware of their empathic nature, connect with their own experience as opposed to being flooded by the emotional experience of others, and recognize and develop their intuition.
