In this episode, Dawn Baker talks with Kelly Katcher. Kelly is a practicing anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She’s passionate about travel and ballroom dancing, and she describes herself as a hopeless romantic. 

Kelly recently left her long-time anesthesiology group to work locum tenens and live with her husband in France. We discuss why Kelly left her partnership and leadership roles, how she structures her work life now, and how our definitions of success can change over time.
