Francesca is also a workshop leader, and human design expert obsessed with personal development, as well as a Mum to 3 young kids.

Francesca founded The Rise Collective, a morning mindset program 2 years ago. Her coaching practices and programs are designed to empower women to live intentionally as they focus daily on their goals. She knows the power of daily practices and the impact they can have on a person's life, she believes by changing your mindset in the morning, you can in turn change your world, living an intentional and fulfilling life.

As a trained life coach, Reiki healer, and fluent in Human design, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping, she is on a mission to help women thrive, rise above their circumstances, and live each day to the fullest.

She offers a unique coaching experience that combines energy work, human design and practical mindset tools to help women re-learn how to live their lives from a place of fulfillment mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

On this episode we learn about Francesca’s life and career - who she is as a person and as a coach and leader who brings inspiration to so many, helping people not only change their mornings, but elevate their lives.
