They are finally back! Its your old friends Frank and Amhara, and they're here to review Richard Linklater's new Netflix romcom 'Hit man.' The film follows Gary (Glen Powel), a University psychology and philosophy professor, and a part time undercover cop. In his newly appointed role as an undercover cop, Gary posses as hitmen in sting operations to solicit muder for hire confessions. Gary invitably falls for Madison (Adria Ajorna) who hires his alter ego 'Ron'. And the two form a twisted relationship of alter egos, serial killer fetishing and gaslighting. 

They agree that its a well made film well suited for casual homeviewing. But Frank argues its tonally boring and even a little bit cringe. Whereas Amhara thinks its lighthearted tone creates a fascinating juxtaposition to its rather twisted tale. 

In this week’s episode Frank and Amhara discuss and review ‘Furiousa: A Mad Max Saga’ (George Miller) and ‘The Fall Guy’ (David Leitch).

Their Back! England’s lead voices in film criticism return to give lukewarm recommendations to ‘Challengers’ and ‘Monkey Man’. 

In this weeks episode Frank and Amhara have each respectively only seen one of the subject films, and, as  never previously attempted on this show, try to interview each other about them. If you’d call having a conversation with someone about something you haven’t seen an interview?

Amhara and Frank are back to discuss Alex Garland’s new ‘what-if?’ dystopia film’ Civil War’! Frank is tentative with the fear that he may not be able to sufficiently communicate how much he recommends the film, whereas, Amhara throws caution to the wind and spews whatever thoughts pops into his head willy-nilly!
