The year was 1934, the day was May 23rd, a fine spring day, Bonnie and Clyde were on the run. Unfortunately, they had 2 of Texas's finest on their trail...Texas Rangers Frank Hamer and Maney Gault, also known as The Highway Men.
Bonnie and Clyde went on a 2 year crime spree, robbing, stealing, and killing...they met their fate during a planned ambush near Beinville, Parish, Louisiana...their car was ventilated with holes...and their crime spree was no more. Afterwards, their bullet riddled Ford was towed through the streets, with their still warm bodies inside, as people rushed the bullet ridden vehicle just to get a look at Bonnie and Clyde, some even tried cut pieces of them off as the vehicle slowly passed by...an obsession of grand proportions. Call it fate, destiny, or a chosen path...as they say, we all have choices to make in life, they made theirs.
So, join us as we take you on the hunt of these two characters by 2 men, Frank Hamer and Maney Gault, as they track down Bonnie and Clyde. We will take you all across the widespread story of these 2 criminals, and their exploits. It was a different time and a different place, the great depression was swinging, lawlessness still existed across the country, and notorious criminals were abound.
Bonnie and Clyde attracted an occult like following, even without social media...so it took two of Texas' most hardened detectives to track them down...and they did just that. Unfortunately, 12 people had to die, until they were found and killed in an ambush.
So, grab your favorite smoking jacket, a fine cigar, and join us on this journey of murder, and intrigue...as they say, "Ride or Die..."
