Frank Shamrock comes from rough beginnings. On the streets as a kid, he wound up in jail...and was running out of options. Bob Shamrock offered him a chance...and Frank took it and became a UFC Fighting Legend. 

Frank retired in 2011 from fighting and hasn't looked back. He's owned business, consulted on leadership, he's a professional speaker and a producer of movies.
