  • These People.
Imagine realizing that the treasure you chased all your life was nothing but a shiny ball. The most important things have people at the heart of it.
Something which improves the life of another person or even puts a smile on their faces. Seek that and you'd find a life of meaning.
This is not a call to be self-sacrificing but a call to self-development.

  • A Prepared Place For A Prepared Man.
Places were made before man. We can therefore argue that the problem is not with the place; it's with the man. If you're not successful where you are, fix you.
If you're not succeeding where you are, the problem is not with the place; it is with you- it's either you jumped the gun to get there or you are not applying the things you have learnt in the past. So, when we talk about personal development it is not a hoax.
Understand it is something that you should take seriously because this place has been prepared for your arrival and if upon your arrival things are not working out the way they should work out, the problem lies with you and in this episode we try to examine instances from texts, from historical stories and see what we can learn and apply in our lives.
The goal is to be better.

  • Abraham Lincoln.
"Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865) was an American lawyer, politician, and statesman who served as the 16th president of the United States from 1861 until his assassination in 1865. Lincoln led the Union through the American Civil War to defend the nation as a constitutional union and succeeded in defeating the insurgent Confederacy, abolishing slavery, bolstering the federal government, and modernizing the U.S. economy." Wikipedia.
This is not about his life but my favorite quote of Abraham Lincoln. It says, I may be a slow walker, but I never walk backwards.
    Portrait by Alexander Gardner, 1863.
