Earl Collier is running for the House of Representatives in House District 3.  That seat is currently held by Rep Abby Angelos who is running for the Wyoming Senate.  Collier is a GIS specialist and a surveyor. 

We talked about why being a father and a busy business owner why he decided to do this.  We also spoke about the oil and gas industry, sage grouse and why government regulations--both state and federal--are hampering Wyoming's extractive mineral industries.
