The original production, which took place in August 2019, was released as the first chapter of The Severance Theory series. Inspired by the true stories of people living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Welcome to Respite is a fully interactive experience that allows you to step into the shoes of Alex, the main character and host of the Personality System.

Allison McGourty, screenwriter of Becoming Led Zeppelin, presented out of competition in Venice brings us through the creative and research process that lead to the film. Finding the original footage of the 60’s Led Zeppelin was not easy, she tells, and arranging a narrative on all the material they gather wasn’t either.

Together with her daughter, Tonya is eagerly awaiting the return of her only son, who is fighting for a Russian private military contractor in Syria. When Tonya is told that he has been killed in action, she refuses to believe it. She is sure that there was a mistake and her son is alive. She begins a grueling public battle with the contractor and the authorities, demanding the return of her son. When it becomes obvious that all efforts to silence Tonya are fruitless, a strange young man arrives on her doorstep…

Taken from a book, the story of a woman who first in history , in the 13th century, wanted to speak out about being raped. A feminist film narrated from three points of view and an historical accuracy and richness that only Ridley Scott can provide.
The Last Duel: A gripping tale of betrayal and vengeance set against the brutality of 14th century France. The historical epic is a cinematic and thought-provoking drama that explores the ubiquitous power of men, the frailty of justice and the strength and courage of one woman willing to stand alone in the service of truth. Based on actual events, the film unravels long-held assumptions about France’s last sanctioned duel between Jean de Carrouges and Jacques Le Gris, two friends turned bitter rivals. When Carrouges’ wife, Marguerite, is viciously assaulted by Le Gris, a charge he denies, she refuses to stay silent, stepping forward to accuse her attacker, an act of bravery and defiance that puts her life in jeopardy. The ensuing trial by combat, a grueling duel to the death, places the fate of all three in God’s hands.
