Sgt Eric Welling TPD speaks with Fred about steps being taken for officer's mental health and wellness. The program, which Welling is in charge of, deals with the intense stress and mental health issues faced by officers each day.

Eric and Tom have been dealing with a 4 year problem with neighborhood dogs and the city, county, canine car, and dog warden have been unresponsive. They tell Fred their story in this interview.
