Ryan Dunlap, local songwriter-musician has written a song to simultaneously help remember a son as well as help others who have lost loved ones due to addiction or other mental illness, while also creating awareness to these issues. After recording this acoustic version it was decided that a full studio version would be recorded. Chuck Mauk and Ross Thompson joined me and now we'd like to release the song with a video remembering those that have been lost. Lori Olender is running for Common Pleas Court Judge on the November ballot and spoke with Fred about her experience in the court system and her desire to continue that work at the next level.

Earlean Belcher lost a grandson to suicide and since therapy has been involved with Toledo's Out Of The Darkness Walk each year. Because of coronavirus restrictions the official walk this year is virtual. Earlean decided to do a walk on her own though and is inviting people to join her. Listen to the interview for details.
