Fred and John Gulch spoke about the 10th annual Andrew Gulch Memorial Golf Outing a fundraiser for MDA. Andrew passed away from complications of muscular dystrophy and his brother and mother currently deal with the disease. This golf outing yearly raises fund for services and research. Toledo Police officer Anthony Dia was killed in the line of duty on July 4th leaving behind a wife and two children.

Fred spoke with Tyler George who is leading a Back The Blue March July 26 in Oregon, OH The march will start at 3 o'clock at the current Big Lots parking lot at the corner of Navarre/Coy. We will introduce the raffle ticket sales and have some speakers talk to spread our message. We will then be marching along Navarre down to 280 (covering the overpass). We will span the sidewalks on the sides of the road to make our presence known. We will then march back to the rally point (Navarre/Coy) to continue with fellowship/speaking and finish off the raffles. There will be a 50/50 and prize raffle. ALL proceeds from the raffles will be split in thirds between the OPBA, FOP, and the family of Officer Anthony Dia. We are also selling shirts on the Facebook event page for $25. All the proceeds from the shirts go to Officer Dia's family alone.

The Lucas County Fair celebrates 162 years this year with some changes because of the coronavirus. There will still be rides, games, and fair food but there are some changes to events. Dennis Lange of the fair board joined Fred with the details
