My grace is sufficient for thee. 2 Cor.12:9-10

9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

This is the continuation of our Fireside Chat series which we will have discussions with various people about current topics. This episode is related to small business owners and how they are maintaining during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have a special guest for this episode. As you are aware the COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone throughout the country and all over the world. It has been a challenge for numerous small businesses to maintain and find ways to stay afloat. Small businesses make up 50% of the US economy.

This is the beginning of our Fireside Chat series which we will have discussions with various people about current topics. This episode is related to how people are occupying their time during social distancing. Special guest Ms. Ayesha

Top Challenges of working from home:

Prioritizing Work

- Self motivated expert at time management

- Tackle the biggest, most important task

- Limit the number of task you plan to do each day

Interruptions/Distractions

- Children, dogs, doorbell

- These will occur but try to limit them especially family/friends dropping by

Communication Issues

- Very important to communicate what you are working on

- Attend meetings to stay in the loop

- Utilize email and Teams to stay in touch with your team and management

Technology Challenges/Issues

- Having similar equipment at home to simulate the office experience

- Have a backup option such as a MiFi

- An alternate location such as coffee shop or friend/family member

Loneliness/Human Interaction

- Include social breaks in your schedule

Overworking

- Set reminders to take breaks

- Set boundaries as to when your day will start and end

For you are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which belongs to God.

COVID19 or the Corona virus has been very challenging for everyone. However in the midst of sickness and in some cases death we should see that there is an urgent need for us to pray. Don’t stop praying!

Insight is the act of apprehending the inner nature of things. Insight is about going deep down into the inside and getting inside of things. It’s nothing superficial like how the corporate world uses it. Once you gain insight into your authentic true self; Once you gain insight into who you really are and the root of the problems you can solve them.
