-I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD.-

IN HIS GRACE, GOD INCLUDED US IN HIS FAMILY, SO THAT HE MIGHT GIVE US ETERNAL LIFE--1. Christ, our brother by adoption, was treated like a real son by His Father-2. Christ, our brother by adoption, behaved like a real son towards His Father-3. Christ, our brother by adoption is becoming our Lord--Lord's Day 13-

THE LORD SAVES HIS PEOPLE SO THAT THEY MIGHT BELIEVE IN HIM.-1. God's saving act.-2. The people's response.-3. The word that is to be believed.

GIVE THANKS FOR GOD'S FORGIVENESS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.-1. It is the source of belonging.-2. It is the source of blessing.

-I AM THE DOOR OF THE SHEEP.-

CHRIST CALLS US TO SHARE IN HIS TASK.-1. Our task as king-2. Our task as priest-3. Our task as prophet--Lord's Day 12-

-I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.-

JESUS ALONE CAN PROVIDE SALVATION.-1. Look to him to receive your salvation.-2. Look to him to work out your salvation.--Lord's Day 11-

-I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE.-

OUR CONFIDENCE IN GOD IS OUR CONFIDENCE IN A GREAT AND GLORIOUS FUTURE--1. God cares very much about what happens in this world-2. God holds us responsible for what happens in this world-3. And yet God has control over what happens in this world--Lord's Day 10-
